Greetings to all the users of the COOKE Queries list. My name is Frank Cooke, and I have volunteered to be the administrator of this surname board. I would like to thank Pam Honacker for her past service as the administrator of this list. I hope that we can all get to know each other, and if there is any way that I can help, please feel free to call on me. Sometimes I don't get to my email as quick as I like, but please be patient with me.

Since my last name is COOKE, let me say that I am a descendent of Robert E. Cooke, an immigrant from Scotland around 1720 who settled in Chaptico, St. Mary's county, Maryland.

Oh, yes, you might like to know that I have made one important change to the list. If you want your response to come back to the list, choose "Reply All" on your mailer.
