Can I ask what the tie-in to Pueblo County is? Did Arthur die
in Pueblo? It's possible that he would be listed in the SSDI, depending
on when he died. Another source of birth information would be his death
certificate or his tombstone. I looked and looked through the 1900
census, but couldn't find the family with Claude Arthur and Zuloo Derby
with children Arthur and Lawrence. The 1900 census, if you can find him
on it, would list his month and year of birth.

Looing fr Arthur's dob. On 1910 census for Arkansas he
is shown to be 16. His parents were Claude Arthur
DERBY and Zuloo DOUDNA.
