Hi Jan! I did a little checking, and did not find an obituary listed for Joseph Littlejohn in the Pueblo library's obituary index. However, I believe that 1923 is right in the timeframe where they might not all be listed, and of course, some may be missing out of the index. There was a listing for a Joseph E. Littlejohn, who died in early April 1949, at age 82. I do see a burial listed for this Joseph in Roselawn Cemetery. Roselawn is a huge cemetery in Pueblo, and much of the Pueblo community has been buried in there. Their burial records are online at http://www.roselawnpueblo.com/genealogy. I hope that this helps. Perhaps a check of the records in El Paso County could help turn up Joseph.
