Subject: [COPUEBLO] cemeteries and dangers

Hi everyone,
We just received a report that one of our researchers was filming a cemetery down in NM and was bit twice on the ankle by a rattler. If you are taking photos at this time PLEASE wear boots and be careful where you step. Fortunately he will be okay but spent some pretty painful days in the hospital.
It's also been brought up that there are other dangers in rural cemeteries so make sure that you have a partner go along with you. I know I am the worst one for doing this but I also know it's not a good idea to go alone. SO many things can happen. Always be aware of your surroundings!
