Another plat book I have is copyrighted 1972. From the web page there is the
reference that refers to that time period. I don't understand the 2nd part.
What is the "second term"? Does that mean 28 years & then 67 years. If so,
why didn't they just say 95 years?
Published from 1964 - 77 --- When published with notice --- 28 years
for first term; now automatic extension of 67 years for second term
