Hello,
My name is Jim Carmack. I am new to the list. The name is Carmack
because my gggrandfather changed our name sometime in the middle 1800s.
Thanks to Kathleen Cormack of Texas, I have been able to get beyond his
father, William Cormack of Henry Co. TN. William2 born in 1785 in NC
was the 4th son of William1 b. 1749 and brother to Lewis, John,
Rivers/Iby, and Elizabeth. If there are any relatives out there, who
would like to add this branch of the family to their data, my E mail
