The reason for the difference could be because the CFHS computer info is from Ray Woodbine's transcription and the printout that you have does not include St Austell.

The NZ index is compiled by the Cornwall Research Group of The N Z Society of Genealogists Inc and is not on computer as far as I am aware of.

However There is a Betsey Dunn listed in the NZ Index folio 121age 9 in Padstow parish book # 12 st Columb Reg Dist.
