Have you followed the links under COURT RECORDS on the GENUKI pages.
Those for Cornwall are at

Page for Staffordshire is at http://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/STS/; it,
too, has a Court Records section, although none would appear to be
online.

You should also try the Access-to-Archives (A2A) pages of the Public
Records Office at
http://www.a2a.pro.gov.uk/default.asp, which is searchable. That
should list Home Office files in the PRO.

Hi listers,
Could someone advise me if it is possible to obtain detailed information
from court listings eg. My G. grandfather was sentenced at Stafford in
1844 and as he was under 21 I have hopes that the names of his parents
would be on the charge sheet? I have a source No HO 11\15 P100 STS
Stafford. Could this be a Home Office file? Thanks Ron
