Messages with the above heading have been appearing on this list recently, giving information about the senders. As far as I am aware, there has not been anything on this list to engender these messages.
I suspect that the inducement to give this personal information has come from the CORNISH List, and that the senders are persons who belong to both CORNISH and CORNISH-GEN, and who have sent their emails to the wrong list. Long ago I dropped out of the CORNISH List as I don't have the time to read everything on it, and so I don't know if I my suspicion is well-founded.
However, if I am right then I ask that those interested in this survey would please take care to send to the right list. This would reduce the amount of irrelevant messages on this genealogy-directed list, and ensure that the survey information gets to the desired parties.
