A couple of days ago Dave Annear gave us a recipe called SPICED CORNISH
MEAD.

I am very interested in making a batch. But unfortunately I am stumped. At
the risk of sounding foolish..........

Where can I purchase Mead Yeast? Will another brewing yeast work?
What exactly is Stewed Tea?

Thanks for all your help. Once I get a batch made I'll bring it to the next
"party" :) !!
