Dear Karen
I assume the real Woon GumPuss was a Ginger Tom and your paper tiger was
a nocturnal manifestation, or catifestation to be politically correct.
Even so, Freud would be interested in why your scissors only snipped a
back leg.
Is this what they call a Freudian snip ?
I know it was only a dream, but had you cut an inch further in, that cat
could have gone screaming into orbit. We might never have seen it again.
Some greater force was guiding your scissors.
I believe cats have 9 lives. What is the situation on legs, etc.....??
The real Woonie GumPuss is probably one of those time travellers, like in
the Highlander movie. We will just get reported sightings for centuries
to come.
But what will really be seen? What will really have been there? We
have a big metaphysical question here. What IS the difference between
the real cat, the virtual cat, and the hard copy paper cat?

PS. Do you know that at Arthur's father's court at Tintagel Castle there
was a big marmalade cat that was always with Merlin.
