Dear Liz,
Consider the source of the criticism and "blow it off" as the young ones are
known to say. Stick to your beliefs and do not be swayed.
This is the only List I have ventured to and am not surprised in the least
about the warmth and support that comes from it's members for it is the same
warmth, caring, and sense of humor that I was given by my dear Cornish
Nana...oh how I miss her so. Voices are allowed to be heard here...even from
those with hairy backs (I would like to go on record here and now that none of
my Cornish family had hairy backs.. :-) ...truly!)!!!!
We Cornish also stick up for each other...to the bitter end. So, for any of
you who are on "That Other" List and who might hear or read about This
posting...prepare to come out fighting!! By the way, exactly when did
cemeteries and monument inscriptions not become part of our history and
genealogy? Dunces...the lot of 'em!
