Hi List,
The Commonwealth War Graves site IS

http://tap.ccta.gov.uk/cwgc/register.nsf/

BUT as advised it only came on line TODAY

The site had getting on for half a million 'hits' and had to
change its access base. Whilst this caused 'time-outs' and
some people just getting no response, the owners passworded
the site for minor changes.

It might be as well giving it a few days to quieten down !!
