My daughter (Naomi) works at a party hire firm here in Perth Western
Australia. (Carlisle Party Hire 8-) )
When she heard about the virtual party, she got excited, and said she would
hire out any necessary equipment.

Some things would immediately come to mind:
Trestles (These are long portable tables with detachable, folding legs)
Table cloths for the same.
Centre table running cloths with a Christmas theme.
Cutlery (Quality knives, forks and spoons)
Crockery (Suggest dinner plates, entree plates, bread plates, soup bowls,
dessert bowls and a range of serving platters)
Glasses (Wine, beer, spirit and water)
Bain marie (to keep all the food warm)
Portable gas space heaters (I believe it will be cool in Cornwall at
Christmas).
marquees (Several sizes ranging from some that will seat 20 to those that
seat 230)
dance floors
juke boxes

I could virtually fit all this paraphernalia into the back of a ute, which
I could then use for the virtual transport to the party.
