This little sis was a Camp Fire Girl a long time ago, however, in Girl
Scouts, started as an assistant leader, co-leader then (just a volunteer)
was service unit
chairperson. That means responsible for for the GS program in 5 schools,
found the leaders, helped them set up their groups and training. Did the
cookie thing 1 year. Do you guys have any idea what it's like to have a
semi-truck pull up in front of your house and fill two rooms with GS cookies
and open the front door and smell nothing but chocolate mint for a month????
(Can't turn a heal but did quite a job on my left ankle, just ask my
doctor.)

Okay, gals. I'm out of the closet, too. I wasn't a Brownie but have been
knitting since 7th grade and worked for Super Yarn Mart in Portland Oregon
for a
year. I can almost do a pair of socks in a day if I set my mind to it and
don't
do anything else. I've done knitting on consignment and also made many of
the
store's giveaway patterns for display besides family garments.
