Divers' group based in Devon - Yes.
But Whitesand Bay is in Cornwall- which affects that county, not Devon.

Might be better to ask on a Devon list, but as a scuba diver here in Florida,
we love them, the fish love them, in fact I have never seen a bad thing about
them. We have hundreds of artificial reefs here.
