To all the listers (world-wide) who answered my query,
Since you all were accessing CornwallCam but me, I phoned a friend in my
town who has Time Warner's Roadrunner (cable modem), as I do. He could
not access CornwallCam, either, but then was successful with a dial up
modem with Pac Bell.
A call to Time Warner Communications eventually transferred me 4x, each
time speaking with someone more knowledgeable, until I spoke with *the
engineer*. It's a configuration problem (DNS blocking), but not with
Roadrunner. They are contacting the Domaine Name Server (I suppose that
would be CornwallCam) and I should be able to connect in a day or two.
In the meantime, I've been directed to SafeWeb and can view CornwallCam
from that site.
Thank you, one and all, for all your suggestions and help.
***Hope I haven't missed any photographs of Lostwithiel.
Best wishes,
