I have Pigot's Directory of Cornwall for 1844 (purchased from Archive CD
Books to assist my own research and that of fellow researchers - see :
http://www.archivecdbooks.org) and, using the search facility, I put in
LENDER and came up with these two:-

at Falmouth under Hotels and Inns - John LENDERYON, King's Arms, Market
Strand

at Helston under Butchers - William and James LENDERYON, Meneage Street
