I hoped you'd show some concern considering it was your 'not so good
self' who got me into this mess in the first place with your constant
quest for Carlyon wills, and your palming off of the dishy pilot. I
tried 'doing a runner' via the hotel back-door, as you suggested, but
got caught trying to take a few finest cooked hams and pheasants with
me. I cannot believe that you would encourage me to commit a criminal
offence in this way. This is not the first time, and much as we girls
enjoy the sight of men in uniform at the party, why is it always *me*
who ends up in Bodmin Gaol?
I have seen through your cunning plan to get uniformed Police / Firemen
in attendance at the party. And: Di.... when you pick her up from the
Christmas tree in Pioneer Square, check her for wires.
