Can anyone tell me if there is anywhere we can go to look at published Banns of marriage or special licenses given?
Trying desperately to find the marriage of my gt gt gt grandparents , probably in the Truro area - John Tippett and Mary Ann Francis around 1851 to 1860
Any ideas please - have looked in all the usual places!!
