These two items came via a genealogy friend with no Cornish connections
(yet :-) Both appeared in "The Evangelical Messenger", newspaper of the
Evangelical Association church (later merged with other denominations).
(PA=Pennsylvania, USA)

did not come from West Briton and Cornwall Advertiser.

28 Nov 1925, MILLER James, born in Delabole, Cornwall, England, 18 Nov
1845, died 28 Oct 1925. He was a Christian for fifty years, and for
thirty-one years a faithful member of Bethany Evangelical church, Pen
Argyl, PA. He leaves a wife and 2 children.

21 Mar 1925, JEFFREY John, born 17 Jan 1865, at St. Ives, Cornwall,
England, died at Mount Carmel, PA., 2 Mar 1925. He married Mary Mervine
thirty-six years ago. The widow, 5 children, 10 grandchild, 3 sisters
and 2 brothers remain. Two children preceded him in death. He was a
faithful member of our St. Paul Evangelical Church.
