What a wonderful party; I planned ahead and wore my sequined midnight blue
velvet gown under a coat in my race with the Beastie. It did get a bit wet
flying through the trees, and has shrunk a bit on top, well the snug fit is
warmer? I'm just trying to make it cover me; ----and I'll be right.= so I
won't drink too much or I'll pop.

After doing one dance with Ken, his creep was older; but I invented a new
version=
And Called it THE TREGENNA CREEP it goes like this:= Everyone get into a
Conga line you could almost call it a "Shrug"= that's what you do with your
heads and shoulders- and your hands go backwards and forwards with it.- The
idea is to be creative about it, instead of shaking your head off= (unless
you've had too much to drink, and you Want to get rid of it?

Those with back problems had better do this at your own speed;==And;= I
don't charge for any back problems that slip back into place after doing
this!
