Hi Brian,

Have dealt with both Ancestry.com and Genealogy.com and their offers on Free
Trial periods are very good but still restrictive. Excuse me for saying
this American cousins, but both sites are very "American".

You have to watch when the 2 weeks offer is up though, otherwise they will
start charging for using their records. You have to send them an email
stating you wish to stop.

Their sites are quite secure, never had any worries on my part, except for
them charging when my time was up. Soon put that right !!!! Gave them
quite a mouthful !!
