Michael,

I was on that same coach trip.  It was awe inspiring and something that remains with me.

When I attended the first Dehwelans in 2002 there was a coach trip that
included Trebah.  It was an eerie feeling standing on the beach, where there
are still some remains of the piers constructed for Overlord, and imagining
thousands of soldiers passing that beautiful place on their way to possible
sudden violent death.
