Message Board Post:

Michael Enright is a grand-uncle who died in Teller County, CO in October, 1900. His body was returned to his home town of Pierce City, MO for buriel in St. Patrick's Cemetery in that city. A very brief obit appeared in the local newspaper stating that the body arrived last night from Colorado, and mass was said at 10 o'clock this morning, (October 18, 1900) He was assassinated. Michael was probably working as a miner in the gold fields. I am looking for more information on his death. Any suggestions as to where to start?
