There is a book on some of the descendants of Timothy Couch. It may give

Richard: Sorry I do not have any information on Bev Barnes but I would also
be
very interested in contacting her. I believe Timothy Couch was closely
related
to Jane Couch who married Rowland Blankenship in Knox County, Tn. They
moved to Madison County, Al and later to White County, Tn. We found Timothy
Couch living in White County at the time which led us to believe there was a
relationship there and thus the reason for Rowland and Jane choosing White
County. The same Timothy later moved to Warren County where, as you
know, he died. If you have any information on Timothy's family, I would
certainly
appreciate a copy. Nolene
