I guess I should have specified which James and Samuel
Couch I am looking for more clearly.

James and Samuel are the brothers of Meshach Couch.
Meshach was born in 1743 in England so I am guessing
James and Samuel were born in the 1740s in England as
well.

Supposedly all three brothers came to America a few
years before the Revolutionary War, so abt. 1772 or
so. Then during the war they all lived in the state of
Maryland, so from abt. 1775-1783. Meshach moved to
North Carolina about 1778.

After the stay in Maryland, I cannot find any
information as to where James and Samuel went after
that. So any info that anyone has would be most
helpful.
