Kay,

I do not know what the A&A means. It may have been a typo.

I would have to look up what you sent me and distinguish it from that I
found on Bill's Webpage and that which Robert Murphy Couch sent me. But I
do recall that you wanted me to get your permission prior to publishing any
of your materials. I do want to respect that.

I do not know about you but placing names in a Book I sell to someone whose
address I have is different from putting it on the WEB. It will be several
years before I publish the book (if I can ever afford to have it printed).
HOwever, I do respect and want to honor any and all requests to withold
names of folks living or not living. Just let me know.
