Thank you all for your input. With all this info maybe it help me to sort out some of the Williams and Carr's a bit.

Dina, you are right on that birth year. Thank you for pointing out my typo.

I have the 1900 cesus the same as you, other than a couple additional people that seems you missed.
Now I don't know what to think lol. It is obvious that this Jane is not the Carr in question's mother. Soooo is the Carr in question this Williams son, or were there two Williams born about the same time?
Anyone have any ideas?
This Carr is only 22 years old, and already divorced.
