COUCH Kenneth R., renowned hair designer in the tri-state area for the past 30 years, felt his field of expertise was making his customers, clients, friends and family look and feel their very best, always. A striking figure at 6'10'' and a very handsome man as well, he would refer to himself as""Mr. Scissor'' and his chair where all the magic would occur as ""Mr. Scissor''. Anyone who had the pleasure of being a client would refer to him as the greatest hair designer of all time. He touched many lives throughout
his life and was particularly loving and respectful to the elderly.
