Ok, all you wise and helpful people, who is this:
FHL US/CAN Film 475247
Charles Cox, Bk. 10, p. 411
will dated 19 July 1851
will proved Nov 1855
Heirs: wife Rebecca; dau Mary; son Harmon; son Zimri*; son Charles; dau Amy;
dau Jane; dau Hannah; dau Sarah Ann
Witnesses: Charles Craven & D. W. Baldwin
*I found the name Zimri & the name Jeremiah to be almost interchangable.
Sometimes the index would have it one way and the will the other, or vice
versa.
I'm assuming this is the Charles & Rebecca who are shown being disowned in
1844 for marriage contrary to discipline. Hinshaw, Cane Creek MM. But don't
know where they fit, although guessing somewhere in Harmon & Jane John Cox's
line!
And from the index film only, FHL US/CAN Film 475254, comes:
Amy Cox, will proven 1865, Bk 13-239
Heirs: Hannah, Harmon & Zimri
Is this the dau of Charles and Rebecca above leaving estate to brothers and
sister?
