Hello Claudia,
Rye Cove is tucked in the corner of Scott County, VA, under West VA, and near
where VA, KY and TN converge. It is north and a little west of Kingsport, TN.
You can find it by going to the following site, type in 'Rye Cove', Click
'Virginia', and 'Populated place', click 'send query'.
