Continuation of the Oct 17, 1807 session.

NOTE: Sometimes surveyor reports on roads seem rather boring. But these
surveyors lived on the stretch of road where they were appt - this can give
you an idea of where they lived and who their neighbors were at times.

Joseph HAYS appt surveyor of the road from Skaggs Creek where the Nashville
Road crosses to James HOLMAN's on Little Barren.Thomas WOODSON same from
AMOS or WOODSON's Ferry to Saml ISAACS instead of Benja GIST. Thomas MEANS
same from the Mulkey Meeting House [NOTE - this is in Monroe Co now - Old
Mulkey Church], to the State line [TN] near D. BROWNING'S. Same for Isaac
CONALLY instead of Wm MANSFILE [MANSFIELD] from the Courthouse to Skaggs
Creek. Frederick SMITH made motion that John GREEN, Wm RENICK, Elisha DUEST
[DEWEESE] and Moses COX (or any 3) view an alternation of a road through
SMITH's land. Report of a road from Granger's Mill to the Warren Co line

administration given them on the estate of William; John WALKER and William
RATLIFF their securities. John WHITE, William McNABB, Daniel PEYTON & Alexr
EDWARDS (or any 3), appt commissioners to appraise the estate and slave of
the above. Name also shown as WALLACE HARRISON instead of William. Ordered

his house in the county; Henry ROUNDTREE his security. Micajah HARLOW paid
