Phineas Cox was born 10 October 1764 in Virginia.
He died 18 May 1842 in Kentucky.
He had Revolutionary service as a private and received a pension.
His wife was Barbara STUMP.

Does anyone on this list know where in Virginia he lived and who his
parents were?

I'm trying to connect my Robert Cock/Cox born 1765 or earlier; married
(prob 2) Catherin WALDREN 1822 in Pendleton County, (West) Virginia;
died by 1829 (date of appraisal of estate) in Pendleton County; may have
married (1) Rachel PRINE
to
the Cox family in the Hampshire County, (West) Virginia, tax records
1782-1799.
