Hi David, As you probably know, Ruth Crabtree's book, The Crabtrees Of
America says that the subject Ruth, b 1849 TX is married by 1870
census. The book also states that Rutha's father, Abner, may have died
or been killed during the Civil War in Arkansas, and that Jemima "seems"
to have married a McCoy in Sebastian Co., AR according to the 1870 and
1880 census.
