Hi Everyone,

My great grandfather was Albert Crawford, he married Alice Edelman
(b:1872) and they had two daughters, Gertrude Margaret (b:1891) and
Marion (?).

I have been unable to find anything about Albert. He seems to be
about the same age as Alice so I presume he was born about 1865-1872, I
don't know where he was born.
Alice died in 1945 in New York, Albert was still alive, I have been
unable to find a death notice for him. I don't know where he died but
NY says they don't have a death certificate - he may have gone to New
Jersey with his daughter, Marion after his wife died?

My father says he did not have a Southern accent and he was a very
proper gentleman. He was an inventor, Dad doesn't remember what he
invented but was sure he had patents.

Can anyone help me? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
