I come from a family of Crawford's from South Carolina
or Georgia or Mississippi. My greatgrandmother's name was Tempie Inman
and my father was Robert Willie Crawford. I have a few cousins in Long
Island, NY
that is all that I know, named Tiny, Ruby, Justine, Bonnie, Clarence. They
are all Hightowers.
I think one of them was maiden named Crawford and then married a Hightower.

There is talk that my father was adopted but his real father's name was
Crawford
which he used.

Also, my wife's mother's sister was married to a Crawford in Marion South
Carolina. My wife's mother's name was Villetti, husband name was Tom
Emanuel. Had about 9 children Kate, Christine, Essie, Rosco, Agnes, Alberta
(Agnes and Alberta were twins, Alberta is deceased and was married to me
Andre Crawford) and Jeze Bell. I only remember one of the children named
Linlu Crawford.
