Dear Crawfords;

I have been watching the postings on this list for some time, but haven't
seen anything that relates to my Crawford line. Perhaps someone out there
has some information that would help me. I have this information in my records:

Roy B. Crawford (my grandfather), born 1892 in Hayward, WI, died 1962,
Minneapolis, MN, married 1920 in WI to Esther Theodore Johnson, born 1899 in
El Paso, TX.

Roy was the son of Henry Andrew Crawford, born 1864 in St. John's, New
Brunswick, Canada, died 1931, Winter, WI, and Elizabeth Raynor, born 1871 in
Bangor, ME.

Henry Andrew was the son of Andrew Crawford, born abt 1826 in St. John's,
New Brunswick, Canada, died abt 1908, in Saint John's, and Elizabeth Raynor,
born 1846 in Chipman, New Brunswick, Canada.

Andrew was the son of Andrew Crawford, born abt 1795 in Durham, Cork,
Ireland, died, date unknown, in Saint John's, New Brunswick and Elizabeth
Speers, born, date unknown in Ireland.

This Andrew was the son of William Crawford, born abt 1765 in Scotland and
mother unknown.

I was told that my family came from Ayrshire, Scotland (Craufurdland, near
Fenwick, South of Glasgow). I have had some trouble extending what I have
here. Does anyone have additional information or suggestions? I appreciate
your help.
