Can anyone out there connect to Donald's family line?

Dear Mr Floyd,
Am new to computers, stumbled accross your excellent Wallace site,
entered Jennings and Dudley as 2nd Christian names of my father and
grandfather, brought up hits, but couldn't see their names anywhere.


Told 1994 that man I had known for 60 years as my father was not, but
biological father was William Wallace and I would find him in
America - zip! Found 1,000.00 or so possibles, and one was Brigadier
General William Jennings Wallace USMC listed with Crawford or Chapman
connection from memory in Debrett's Peerage or similar book, but
misled by misinformation and lost record. He was Lt General William
Jennings Wallace USMC DSM, Director Marine Air West Coast, WW1, WW2 &
Korea vet. Records prove him in UK 9 months before my birth there
1933 and his assocation with my mother. Gave US family all info inc
photo showing my very strong likeness to father, but they ignore all
requests for family lineage details. He was born in Church Hill Md 6
Aug 1895 d 7 July 1977 San Diego, buried Arlington, wife Fannie
Chaffee Grant 1905-1993 (U.S Grant's gt- gdtr) children Susan Grant
b1933 & Miriam b 1937 both living.

His father William Dudley Wallace 1874-? m (1) Lydia Potts b? d1899,
children Frederick 1893-?, my father 1895-1977, Olin D 1899-? He (Wm
Dudley) m (2) Lillian B ? 1878 -?, children Dorothy b1911 Hope b1913
both poss living, and with whom I was told my father left proof of my
paternity just before he died, but his daughters refuse to put me in
contact with them. Wm Dudley Wallace's father, William A or W
Wallace 1847-? m (1) Laura A 1852-c1880, children Clara V 1871-?,
William Dudley 1874-? Norman B 1877-? Otho D 1880 -? m (2) Rachel
Catherine 1865-? child Fannie M 1882 -?. Info obtained from Church
Hill Md Census, but I live in Western Australia surrounded by nothing
much other than a lot of desert and ocean, so US family records very
hard to obtain, and as an Aged Pensioner can't afford to hire
researchers.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
