Hi Folks,
I think this John P. Crawford is listed in the list below, looks like a possible match anyways.
Some additional info for Brenda's last message on US, Alabama, Henry County Crawfords at this link:

We have another feature available at the Crawford webBase. This feature will not apply to all researchers, currently only those researchers who have another website. If you have another Crawford website with information on your family's research, I have something that may interest you. If you follow this link:

http://www.cobnet.com/webBase/crawford/view.pl?INDI=3123

and scroll down the page, you will notice a graphic that will say either "Click to Chat" or "Leave a Message". I can now make these graphics available for any researcher who would like this option available to their ancestors who are posted in the webBase.
What will this do? This will allow any visitor who comes to this page to either "Leave you a Message", if you are offline or if you are online at the same time as the visitor views this page, that visitor can then choose to chat with you about this ancestor. You can copy the code that makes this graphic to you other web pages. This will allow you to chat with any visitor who comes to any of your web pages.

I do not know if this will proves useful or not. But I thought I might pass along to you to see if anyone might be interested in this new option. It is "FREE of charge". It is made by "Human Click" and I find it very useful in helping folks who are having trouble in making entries into the Crawford webBase. It allows me to walk them thru the steps necessary to complete an entry or to help them find an individual in the webBase.

If you are interested in this new feature, send me your Name, Email Address, and URL of your web site. I can then set this feature in place for you.

Good Luck in your searches,
Mark Floyd
