Hello,

I am trying to find any existing connections that might exist between family
lines of SALLEY - CRAWFORD with the KELLY - JENNINGS - DONIPHAN - WILLOUGHBY
- JORDAN - MOORE/MORE and other families mentioned below that were in
Rappahannock/Richmond Co., VA in the late 1600's and early 1700's that may
then also connect with the CRAWFORD family that married into the MERIWETHER
family and into the LEWIS family. They may even be connected to the EARLE -
BENNETT - ALLERTON - HALE - SYMONS families that were in
Northumberland/Westmore Co. and Fauquier and Frederick Counties in VA and had
some branches also in New England.

My paternal 5th great grandfather was Edward Salley JENNINGS, born: 1720 in
Richmond Co., VA, (son of Ann KELLY, born: abt. 1696, (daughter of Amy
DONIPHAN, (dau of (Capt.) Alexander DONIPHAN and wife, Amee PARTRIDGE?/ some
say RIVETT?,) who married 2nd husband, Edward RANSDELL after the death of her
1st husband, (Captain) John KELLY,) and Ann KELLY's husband, William
JENNINGS, Jr., born: bet. 1695 - 1700, died: 1733 in Richmond Co., VA, (son
of Mary WILLOUGHBY, (parents: ??,) and William JENNINGS, Sr., (whose other
children include Augustine JENNINGS.)

And Edward Salley JENNINGS married Sarah MOORE/MORE it is believed and their
son, John JENNINGS, Sr., (RS,) born: abt. 1748 in Richmond Co., VA, married
Rachel JORDAN, born: abt. 1750, (parents: ??,) and their son, Bailey
JENNINGS, born: abt. 1789 in VA, (married 2nd wife, Mrs. William (Sally LEA,)
LEE,) married as his 1st wife, Kitty EARLE, born: abt. 1795 in VA, who was
the daughter of Tabitha WILLIAMS, born: abt. 1733, who was descended from two
prominent WILLIAMS lines in 1600's VA, the BILLINGTON and WILLIAMS families
and the PEMBERTON - WILLIAMS lines, and Tabitha's husband, Samuel EARLE, IV,
(Sgt./Rev. War,) born: Jan 1760 at "Town Run" Plantation, Fauquier Co., VA,
(2nd son named Samuel EARLE, IV of their father,) who was the son of (Major)
Samuel EARLE, III, born: 1692 in Westmoreland Co., VA, (whose 1st wife was
Anna SORRELL,) and his 2nd wife, Elizabeth HOLBROOK. (Major) Samuel EARLE,
III was the 1st Member of the House of Burgesses from Frederick Co., VA
holding the seat that would later be held by Gen./future Pres. George
WASHINGTON.

Tabitha and Samuel EARLE, IV, (2nd son,) were the parents of my paternal 2nd
great grandmother, Sarah "Sally" JENNINGS, born: 1822 in Covington Co., MS,
who married as the 3rd wife of Jeremiah "Jerry" PARKER, born: 1795 in
Maryland, and their son, Spencer B. PARKER, born: 1859 in Smith or Rankin
Co., MS, who married my great grandmother as her 3rd husband, most likely,
and she was Rachael Moranda LEWIS, born: abt. 1851, daughter of Harriett
ELLZEY and John LEWIS, born: abt. 1820 in Jones Co., MS, (son of Nancy
COPELAND and Howell LEWIS, born: bet. 1782-1788 in Granville Co., NC, thought
to be descended from the CRAWFORD - MERIWETHER - WARNER - LEWIS - HOWELL
lineage.)

Looking forward to hearing from anyone with any clues to this information I
am searching for.
