Been reading Crawford letters. Haven't seen any reference to my line. So I
am posting a letter.
David Crawford born in Scotland and died after 1771. His son was Caleb
Crawford Sr. born abt. 1771 in Westchester County, New York. Married 1st.
Deborah Allen, two children, David and Sarah Crawford, When he moved to
Indiana, he brought these children with him. Married 2nd. Phoebe Elizabeth
Kniffin. They were parents of 9 children, Caleb, Jr., Leonard, Druscilla,
Phoebe, Jane, Anna Mary, Patience Sophia, Corrine and Emeline. Caleb Jr. is
my line. He married Losada Jane Hendricks in Shelby County, Illinois.
Parents of 12 children; Phebe, James, Amanda, Cora, Venona, Druscilla,
George, Barthlomew, Charles, George, Maude and Blanch. Venona was my
