Patty Jo,

We had all kinds of problems with our Mustek. We called the company we got
the system from and they told us that we had to call Mustek. We called them
and they told us they couldn't help us and gave us the run around. They were
located in California and we would have had to ship the scanner there to be
fixed and then they couldn't even tell us when we might get it back.
After about 16 phone calls to both places my husband finally got really
p.... off and took it back to where we got it and made them exchange it.
Maybe we just got a lemon, but what a hassle! I'm glad you aren't having any
problems with yours.
