Hi Jo,

>> I was wondering what had happened to you. My goodness Carlis, you are
raising enough vegetables to feed all of us on the porch. ... 100
tomato
plants....!!!

Well it happens every year, I am planning on 24 tomato plants, then wind
up with 50, we raise enough for tomato juice and of course the neighbors
and some church friends like them. My wife make regular visits on a 94
year old neighbor lady who lives alone and we raise her favorite kind
(Pineapple) too.

>> I was away for a week also on Mother's Day. Went to Ky. We took our grandson to show him off to his g-grandparents.<<

Grand children are special, we brought our grandson from TN to stay a
month until his parents come up for their yearly visit. He is a big help
in the yard and garden.

>>Thank goodness for AC. What did we ever do before AC was standard in our
homes and cars? My car is in the shop and the dealership loaned me a
black car with dark grey leather seats.....like driving around in an
oven today until the AC kicked in.

I know what you mean about hot cars, after working in the service
department for over 30 years. I was glad to see the vinyl and leather
fad go, because of that.

> That's what I have been up to lately. Stayin' busy.<

It is easy to stay busy, I finally got my flag pole up for my 4x7
American Flag. There is always something to do.

Thanks for the reply.

Carlis B.
