Mozzarella Meatball Sub
 
2 Mozzarella cheese slices (cut in halves)

Tomato sauce

1/2 pound Ground beef

2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs

1/4 teaspoon salt

Dash Pepper

1 small minced onion (optional)

Meatballs :

Mix ground beef, minced onion, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

Shape into meatballs. Arrange meatballs on a cookie sheet, broil until
browned, turning once.

Cook meatballs until browned.

Place mozzarella cheese slices cut in halves down the length of the
submarine bread then add 7-8 meatballs and smother in tomato sauce.

Heat just until cheese is melted.

Add a dash of pepper to taste.

Yum delicious!!
