Eggtravaganza

Ah eggs, what is Easter without eggs. Here are a few ideas for all
those leftover hard-cooked eggs and some for sweet egg-shaped treats.
We have egg creams, too. It has no eggs and no cream but it has the
word egg in it and they are so delicious!
Well, we do have to mention egg safety.

Keep eggs in the refrigerator. After decorating eggs for Easter,
return them to the refrigerator as soon as possible. If using these
eggs for an Easter Egg Hunt keep them refrigerated until the hunt to
avoid spoilage. After the hunt, dispose of any cracked eggs and
return eggs (unless you gonna eat 'em) to the refrigerator. Do not
leave them out for more than two hours. Hard-cooked eggs with the
shells left in tact will keep about 1 week in the refrigerator.

The Best Hard Cooked Eggs
(Also known as hard-boiled eggs.)
Place eggs in single layer in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
Bring to a boil.
Cover, turn off the heat and let the eggs stand in the water for 15
to 17 minutes.
Plunge immediately into ice cold water.
