Rose Pranger, wife of Art, is the owner. She has received much attention and
praise from such as "60 Minutes", ABC News, Lexington Herald Leader
newspaper, etc., etc. Interviews by them.
Rose is a very nice person. She lives in Covington, KY, and welcomes
email. She printed a story for me, but I notice that at present, the portion
of her website called "Canteen" is not accessible. That's where my story is.
You should visit the website anyway. Lots of interesting stories, letters,
discussions, and all. She has done a fantastic job with the WW2 material.
There are many good links. Try the "War Era Revisited". Notice at top of
each screen a row of small numbers. You can click on the numbers for
additional pages.
