BROILED BAY SCALLOPS

Yield: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

- 1 pound bay scallops or sea scallops, halved
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS

Preheat broiler. Rinse scallops and pat dry. Place in a
baking
dish. Season with paprika and pepper on all sides.
Sprinkle
with lemon juice. Broil scallops about 3 inches from heat
source for 3 minutes, until they turn opaque. Turn to make
certain they are cooked through. Garnish with parsley.
