Yes, my G.Mother had a brother living in Cleveland, Oh and this married
sister in Whiting, Ind. When she left her village, near Zagreb, she had a
destination in USA. Which was Whiting, Ind., her brother in Cleveland was the
first of the unmarried children in the Danculovic family to come to America.
Then her sister Ana came to live with the brother in Cleveland and later
married and moved to Whiting, then came my G.Mother to help with the babies.
My Grandmother told me she met other fellow Croatians aboard ship but
traveled without any family member. Can't remember her ever saying she
traveled with other people from her village. (5 houses in the village)
