Hello all:
I have been trying to find my great grandfather for some time now and no
luck.
I have even paid for a search for him. Joseph S. Ropar came to the US in
1900 from Yugoslavia a village called Ribnik. They have checked the
passenger list for New York, and Phil,which I thought it was one of them
since he settled in Alleghaney Penn for about 5yrs.His death certificate did
state fathers name Matt.Has anyone come across this name on any passenger
list in 1900 from Yugoslavia.
